When will my order be shipped?
Most of our orders get shipped between the first and second day after ordering. An extreme case will take three days.
How long is the shipping going to take?
Shipping will mostly take between 7 - 14 working days. To view the shipping times of your location please refer to the table above. As you check out, this information is also going to be available to you.
How do I get my tracking information?
Tracking information is always sent to you whenever the item you ordered is labelled as shipped. The information is going to include the tracking number of your item and the link from which you can do the tracking.
Why is my tracking information not available?
Most of the time after ordering, the tracking information might not be available in the first few days. However within three days the tracking should be available. Contact us in case there is a problem.
